Gauss Ltd built the iSpeaky app as a Free app that offers in app purchases. This Application is provided by Gauss Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use our Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Application. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

In App Purchases
Mobile versions of iSpeaky offer in app purchases. If you perform in app purchases via the App Store or Google Play Store, Apple and Google will collect any necessary information from you and handle it themselves.  Apple and Google do not share any information with us regarding Apple or Google IDs or individual purchases and transactions.

Information Collection and Use
We use your personal information in order to operate, maintain, and provide you features and functionality of the Application experience. Information that we collect and process that can be used to identify you are:
  • First and last name
  • E-mail address
  • Audio recordings that you choose to use within the Application

Please note that all this data won't be accessible by other users. We are not responsible for the use of your data by other users, individuals or organisations.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Application, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as:
  • your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address
  • device name
  • operating system version
  • the time and date of your use of the Application
  • statistical dana

Website Analytics
Anonymous information about visits to our web site ( may be collated in Google Analytics.
We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or act regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.

Mobile Application Analytics
To help us improve our products, we are collecting anonymous statistical information about the way our apps are used using Firebase analytics.  This will never include information that would enable us, or anyone else, to identify an individual person or device.
In the future, we may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses.  In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.

How long do we keep the data?
We will keep your first name, last name and e-mail until you decide to delete your account. We will keep log data until there is valid business and security purpose in a way of providing you and other users with application functionalities and keeping up with business security standards and applicable legislation.

Audio recordings
Mobile application is recording audio files and storing them locally and on our servers. User is able to delete locally stored files. Audio recordings are kept until you delete your account or delete the project within the application associated with audio recording. Files uploaded to our servers are stored on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform located in EU. You can read about it on their perspective pages.

Transcribe is performed on Google Cloud Platform using their Cloud Speech-to-Text. Upon successful transcribe we store your data on our servers.
User is able to delete each transcript or whole project with all transcripts inside at any time. We will remove all of the data associated with it, together with files uploaded to Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.

App support is organized through contact us form located within our mobile application or on our web. User needs to be logged in in order to access these features. In case you don’t have account associated with our service, you can contact us on e-mail: [email protected]

Direct Marketing
At this time, we do not use this Application for direct marketing purposes. If we choose to do so in the future, we will make sure to notify you about changes and ask for your consent.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Application does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Application.

These Applications do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Controlling your personal information
